With a goal of becoming the most trusted name in premium proteins, we create products for consumers and for retail and foodservice customers around the globe, while changing the way animals are raised for food.SummaryThe Director of BPR Finance in the Transformation Management Office (TMO) is responsible for evaluating and optimizing processes/systems across BPRs to align with organizational goals, improve efficiency, and enhance compliance. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, identifying process inefficiencies, and implementing innovative solutions that support a seamless transformation in the finance function.The salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). In addition to the base salary, Perdue offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/Rx, 401(k) with employer match after 1 year, critical illness, accident insurance, dental, vison, life insurance, optional group life insurance, short-term and long-term disability protection, flexible spending accounts and paid time off. Principal and Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProcess Analysis and Redesign:Analyze existing finance processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.Support design and processes implementations that align with the organization s strategic goals and financial regulations.Support process map, workflows, and documentation to ensure clarity and alignment.Lead cross-functional analysis of process design to ensure Finance needs and requirements are met company wide.Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with finance, IT, and other business units to gather requirements, align goals, and secure buy-in for proposed changes.Act as a bridge between technical teams and finance stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.Project Management:Lead end-to-end process re-engineering projects across BPRs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.Develop project plans, monitor progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.Change Management:Support change management initiatives and the adoption of new processes and technologies.Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to finance teams during and after the transformation.Technology Enablement:Support selection and implement technology solutions that enhance automation, accuracy, and efficiency in finance operations.Partner with IT teams to integrate financial systems and tools into redesigned processes.Continuous Improvement:Establish mechanisms for ongoing process improvement and performance monitoring.Benchmark best practices and incorporate them into the organization s finance processes.Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master s or MBA preferred). Our ideal candidate will have:10+ years of experience in finance process improvement, business process re-engineering, or finance transformation.Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering measurable outcomes.Proficiency in process mapping tools and project management software.Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and finance technologies supporting Edge systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Knowledge of finance regulations and compliance standards.Adaptability and a forward-thinking mindset.Environmental Factors and Physical RequirementsThis position is office based.Perdue Farms, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
