Our client is looking for Manufacturing Engineer. This is a contract to hire opening and on site in McHenry, MS. No 3rd party vendors or H1s will be considered. USC onlyManufacturing EngineerContract to HireMcHenry, MS - OnsiteJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience in the industrial manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for commissioning, supporting, and improving manufacturing equipment and processes.Key Responsibilities:Standup and commission new energetics processing equipmentAuthor Maintenance and Operational work instructions and other documentationDesign, develop, and implement innovative solutions to complex manufacturing challenges.Provide technical leadership in the selection, installation, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment.Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production, to ensure seamless integration of new processes and equipment.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other data-driven methodologies.Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and develop corrective action plans.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronix Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within an industrial environment.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technology.Proficiency in CAD software and experience with process simulation tools.Demonstrated ability to lead projects and implement process improvements.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry safety standards.Preferred:Experience processing energetics, munitions, or other hazardous materialsKnowledge of DoD 4145 manualExperience with Fanuc robot programming
