As the Vice President of Operations, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across the organization. You will oversee Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, and Engineering, ensuring a positive and effective workplace culture. Through your leadership, you will encourage collaboration, efficiency, and a commitment to surpassing customer expectations.

Description
As the Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing daily operations of multiple sites
- Strategy execution for short and long term goals
- Overseeing scheduling, planning, and inventory management
- Excelling in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma
- Managing the business financials including full P&L responsibility
- Developing and maintaining a positive work environment and driving operational excellence
- Working closely with customer service and sales teams to identify opportunities of improvement
Profile
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline, business, supply chain, or operations
- MBA is preferred
- 10-15+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience of leading high performing teams
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement
- Experience managing a P&L
