Job Description:

What You’ll Do

Responsible for working closely with compliance management to execute analytical initiatives. Creates reports and dashboards to monitor and provide both regulatory compliance and business performance insights. Actively reports and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. Contributes to solving business problems by leveraging techniques such as data automation, segmentation, optimization, advanced analytics, and machine learning where applicable.

How You’ll Do It

  • Collaborates with cross-functional partners to understand compliance business needs, formulate, and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, and automated deliverables. Effectively presents findings and recommendations to business partners and leadership, creating visual displays of quantitative information. 

  • Manages multiple priorities, communicate business performance and project progress to management and business partners.

  • Develops and automates compliance reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights solving for analytical needs. Facilitates implementation of work product and ensure accuracy.

  • Operates as a subject matter expert on business data, statistical analysis, solution test and design, analysis methodology, modeling, and impact analysis.

  • As needed, drives the development and implementation of advanced analytics which may include customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics, and machine learning to solve business problems.

  • Establishes and maintains effective performance tracking; identify improvement opportunity, form hypothesis, proposes, designs, and implements tests to drive strategy enhancement and optimization.

  • Consistently follows standard work processes and documentation requirements. Recommends improvement to work processes to increase efficiency while maintaining quality of work.

  • Continuously improves technical and leadership skills through training and development.


Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Engineering, or Statistics

  • 4+ years of experience Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, Modeling/Data Science or related

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $105,500.00 to $147,100.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
