Leads to proactively drive resolution.Escalates issues, risks, disputes to the CT leadership, as appropriate.Maintains knowledge of latest best practices and industry insights related to case management for purposes of continued strategic planning and innovation. Support CT leadership in strategic planning, innovation, goal setting and other areas.Maintains knowledge of latest best practices and industry insights related to case management for purposes of continued strategic planning and innovation.Maintains an ongoing awareness of select regulatory requirements to ensure compliance such as: CoP for discharge planning, CMS two midnight rule, Department of Health and Senior Services requirements, state regulatory requirements. Maintains flexibility and alignment with Vendor to accommodate changing organizational and industry requirements.Recruits, motivates, develops, and retains a superior functional leadership team.
