Position Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced and driven sales agronomist to help manage and expand a well-established portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who excels at building relationships and is passionate about growing business within the agriculture industry. While no licenses are required, a Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) designation would be a plus You’ll be selling chemicals, fertilizers, and seeds while helping customers maximize their yield and productivity.

What You'll Do:

• 
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current growers
• Prospect new clients to grow your territory
• Provide top-tier agronomic advice and recommendations
• Perform soil and tissue samples to assess crop needs
• Stay updated on the latest agronomic trends and tech to help clients succeed

What We're Looking For:

• 
  
• Proven track record in agronomy sales, ideally in seed, chem and fertilizer (5 years preferred)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook)
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
• A degree in agronomy or agriculture is preferred but not required
