Fireside Hearth and Home (FHH) is looking to add a Regional Account Manager in Nashville, TN. Fireside Hearth & Home is the world’s largest and leading fireplace installing distributor and retail dealer in North America and a subsidiary of Hearth & Home Technologies – the largest manufacturer of fireplace products and an HNI Corporation operating company. Fireside is a team of 400+ hearth experts located across 6 regions, 12 states and 29 branches across the USA. Check us out at www.fireside.com. This position supports the vision and goals of Fireside Hearth & Home by maximizing FHH/HHT profitability with increasing fireplace Incident Rate (IR) and upgrade opportunities within assigned production builders. Key Responsibilities:Use Gold Sheets (for National Homebuilders) as reference to align local selling strategy and communication with overall HHT program for all assigned National BuildersEstablish working relationships with HHT National Account Management team to better understand account strategy and bridge the gap between corporate strategy and local market execution.Document hearth category decision making process within assigned accountsAnalyze market trends to assess optimal fireplace mix and option and upgrade pricing by homebuyer type within each account.Recommend option and upgrade selection with recommended resale pricing to create Profit Propositions for all assigned accountsEducate decision makers and influencers on hearth trends in market including competitive pictures from market.Qualifications: BA/BS in related field with 5-7 years successful experience in sales or design within residential construction, preferably with production builders; or the equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with group facilitation / training others on features and benefits of productsCRM experience About Working for Hearth & Home TechnologiesHearth & Home Technologies is a part of the Residential Building Products segment of HNI Corporation (NYSE: HNI).
