In this Program Excellence Business Partner opportunity, you will be part of a team tasked with turning data into a tool to help our business make strategic decisions while you play a role as a hands-on leader with technical responsibilities while leading a team of 3 and making impacts in the following ways;
  • Manage day to day activities of the Electronic Systems BTO Data and Analytics IT Team under the Director of IT Business Integration. (Planning, organizing, staffing, directing, training, mentoring, and controlling).
  • Drive oversight of Enterprise Shared Services as they execute key Electronic Systems Business Intelligence Projects.
  • Interface with Business Area and Functional Business Partners on matters involving Business Intelligence and Data Analytics reporting of Key Performance Indicators that drive strategic decisions.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Completion of a bachelor's degree in computer systems analysis, computer science, computer information systems (CIS), management information systems (MIS), business intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics or a similar field of study.
  • 15 + years of related experience.
  • Experience in other IT roles or functions such as Database management, engineering, quality assurance/testing, development, enterprise architecture, or project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
  • Practical experience with the Alation data management tool or equivalent.
  • Ability to work well as part of team.
  • Be a highly effective and dynamic communicator at all levels.
  • Must be a highly organized and motivated individual.
  • Knowledge/experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or Alteryx, Dataiku, AWS, Redshift, SQL, Alation data management tools, and the Microsoft SSIS, and SSAS platforms.
  • Knowledge/experience in gathering requirements and being able to interpret technical and business details.
  • Understanding of Server, Network, and Firewall architecture a plus. (40 plus servers currently in the Midas environment.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
