Express is looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our esteemed Heating & Air Conditioning client. This is an excellent evaluation-to-hire opportunity for candidates with a passion for customer service and solid HVAC experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring they are functioning efficiently.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC systems as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while on-site.

Qualifications:

  • Valid CFC EPA Refrigeration Certification.
  • Possess an active 06a Journeyman License.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC system installations.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Professional work references required.
  • Non-smoking workplace.

Compensation:

  • $30-$35 per hour, based on experience.
