Hello prospective nurse practitioners,
I am the Medical Director for Sound's hospitalist program at McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center in Springfield, Oregon. As a proud member of the team for nearly three years, I am excited to extend a warm invitation to nurse practitioners considering new opportunities in their careers. People- We are a close-knit team of healthcare professionals, consisting of fourteen physicians and six advanced practice providers (APPs). We come from diverse backgrounds, both geographically and educationally, creating a rich tapestry of perspectives in patient care.

- Springfield, nestled near the vibrant city of Eugene, offers a plethora of recreational activities, from hiking and rafting to savoring local wineries and diverse cuisine. - Our hospital recently completed a multi-million-dollar expansion and renovation, providing state-of-the-art facilities for our patients.
- We have a semi-open ICU with on-site intensivists during the day and Sound Tele-ICU support at night. We are seeking advanced practice providers who are dedicated to patient care. There are no procedural requirements.
