The SR Strategist is a role on the Practice Management Strategy & Alignment team. Working in a highly matrixed team, this role is responsible for the strategic alignment and measurement of PM resources to support the experience and needs of branch teams and Markets.. The role specializes in problem solving, using data & insights from multiple stakeholders to develop solution-based strategies and influencing key stakeholders across the firm to drive business outcomes. The PMSA Senior Strategist leads complex and overarching topics and informally develops and leads others.Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.
