Resumen de Rol: El Assembler Preciso será responsable de la preparación del trabajo y documentación de la asamblea de bombas. Además, el Assembler Preciso será responsable de la desensamblada, limpieza, inspección y reensamblada de bombas durante cualquier proceso de reparación. Requisitos: 3 años de experiencia en ensamblaje de equipos rotativos, aeronáuticos, hidráulicos o automóviles. Aptitud básica de computadora para usar/aprender sistemas de entrada de datos y usar el paquete de Microsoft Office. Debe estar dispuesto a trabajar horas extras y fin de semana según sea necesario en corto plazo. Demostrar un comportamiento que promueva el trabajo en equipo y la mejora continua. Debe ser capaz de esperar durante períodos prolongados de tiempo y ser capaz de levantar, según sea necesario, hasta 50 libras. Responsabilidades incluyen: Completar las asambleas de bombas según los dibujos, instrucciones y pedidos de trabajo, realizando pruebas cuando sea necesario. Operar varias herramientas de medición precisa, como micrometrógrafos, vernier, indicadores de dial, entre otras, en un ambiente de almacén, así como herramientas manuales, como un torque wrench hidráulico y una chispa. Demonstrar un conocimiento avanzado de la equipo de inspección, sus funciones y usos para garantizar que todos los partes y ensamblados estén dentro de las especificaciones. Asegurarse de que todos los partes y componentes sean limpios antes de la assemblage y que los ensamblados se completen correctamente, siguiendo todas las procedimientos de ensamblaje. Cumplir con todas las procedimientos de seguridad y usar el equipo de seguridad personal requerido. Trobleshooting y resolver problemas dentro de la ensamblaje. Tener una atención al detalle y un enfoque orientado a los resultados. Capacitado para calcular funciones matemáticas básicas, incluyendo la computación de la tasa, la relación y el porcentaje, y convertir uno tipo de medida en otro. Participar en actividades CIP cuando sea necesario y cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de Flowserve. Capacitado para leer y interpretar documentos como planos y dibujos técnicos, reglas de seguridad, instrucciones de operación y mantenimiento, y manuales de procedimiento. Capacitado para escribir informes rutinarios y comunicarse de manera clara con colegas, supervisores y clientes. Mostrar una mentalidad de servicio al cliente para la entrega a tiempo y la artesanía de alta calidad. Otras tareas según sea necesario. Experiencia Preferida / Habilidades: Diploma de secundaria o GED Experiencia en taller. Conocimiento de la automatización de control y componentes eléctricos. Experiencia como mecánico de máquinas rotativas, dispositivos mecánicos o como mecánico general. Escuela o formación vocacional.
