Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our team supporting a federal program in Arlington, VA. This role provides first-line technical support for client-specific applications, hardware, and network systems in a fast-paced, ITIL transitional environment. ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED Responsibilities: • Provide walk-in, phone, and email support during service hours. • Log and track incidents in the ITSM system with accurate documentation. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. • Support client-specific applications and standard desktop tools. • Analyze and recommend alternative solutions to meet customer needs. • Identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction. • Participate in cross-functional team processes and ITIL best practices. • Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lbs. and setting up equipment (computers, servers, network devices). Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE • Active IAT Level II certification at start date (one of the following): ○ CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP • 3+ years of experience as a Service Desk Analyst with proven support experience. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and respond to last-minute requests. • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: $70,000–$72,000 • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and holidays. This job opens for applications on 11/24/2025.
