Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Permanent Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes. This role will require you to work closely with our production, engineering, and management teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will be expected to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency, and implement quality control measures. Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement quality control methodologies to enhance production efficiency and ensure product quality.
2. Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff.
3. Perform regular inspections and quality tests on all incoming materials and finished products.
4. Work in conjunction with the production team to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
5. Use TRD, FMEA, drawings, and inspection planning packages to create and maintain quality requirements.
6. Support quality technicians in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
7. Determine and set the sampling rates for inspections and tests based on data analysis.
8. Utilize various tools and techniques to measure CTQs (Critical to Quality) parameters.
9. Participate in assembly, scrap, and warranty reviews to identify and eliminate potential quality issues.
10. Lead RCCM (Root Cause Corrective Measures) to identify, analyze and resolve quality issues.
11. Conduct MSAs (Measurement System Analysis) to ensure accuracy and reliability of inspection systems.
12. Lead ISO audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
13. Manage the first article process, including inspection and documentation.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a quality engineering role.
3. Proficient in TRD, FMEA, drawings, and inspection planning packages.
4. Experience in supporting quality technicians and setting sampling rates.
5. Excellent knowledge of tools and techniques for measuring CTQs.
6. Experience in assembly, scrap, and warranty reviews.
7. Proficient in RCCM and MSAs.
8. Experience in leading ISO audits.
9. Familiarity with the first article process.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
