Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, we manage 3,000 units and aim to expand to 10,000 by 2030. The OpportunityAs a Regional Manager at LSA Management, you will oversee multiple properties within your assigned region, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet company standards. You will play a key role in driving financial performance, maintaining high occupancy rates, and ensuring resident satisfaction. You will work closely with Community Managers to align property goals with company objectives. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. The Skillset3 years, proven experience in regional property management, preferably in the multifamily housing industryTravel required Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent financial acumen and budgeting skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and customer service skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredProficient in using property management software (Yardi Voyager and RealPage preferred)Knowledge of LIHTC and affordable housing regulations requiredProven ability to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple multifamily communities.Skilled in evaluating property performance, including occupancy trends, rent collections, and maintenance efficiency.Experience implementing operational best practices to enhance resident satisfaction and asset value.Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze property-level financials, control expenses, and drive revenue growth.Proficient in monitoring budgets, forecasting, and ensuring alignment with ownership goals.Capable of identifying financial risks and opportunities to optimize NOI (Net Operating Income).Effective leader with experience mentoring Community Managers and on-site teams.Builds high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, and clear goal-setting.Fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Deep understanding of federal, state, and local housing regulations, Fair Housing laws, and landlord-tenant laws.Resident & Stakeholder RelationsStrategic Thinking & Problem Solving Job TypeFull-time Salary$90,000 - $120,000 DOE Benefits401(k) with matchingDental, health, and vision insuranceEmployee assistance and discount programsFlexible schedule and spending accountLife insurancePaid time off and parental leave ScheduleLocation - Charlotte and surrounding regionOn call and/or Saturdays based on property needsTravel throughout portfolio required License/CertificationDriver's License (Required)Join us at LSA Management and make a meaningful impact on our communities
