Technical Support Specialist BH Job ID: 1750 SF Job Req ID: 11824 Technical Support Specialist Job Title: Technical Support Specialist Job Summary: Work with customers and end users to provide technical support and assistance with any software and hardware issues Support Customers and distributors on Maximus products Provide technical support to internal Maximus technology specialists Monitoring reports to analyze and identify ongoing issues Work closely with engineering department Help to develop technical support tools for end users Provide technical training to Distributors assign to your region Work closely with Customer support team Some travel may be required Qualifications: College Degree in Electronics or Telecommunication Technology 2 years of experience in a related role Experience with agricultural technologies In-depth knowledge of hardware and software Familiarity with the ZENDESK service ticket and complaint system Customer Service Experience Preferences: Bilingual (Spanish or French) Strong communication skills Excellent organizational skills What we Offer: At Ingersoll Rand we foster inspired teams.
