We are looking for a Network Engineer to provide technical and project-based assistance to our customers.

Requirements:

· College degree or equivalent in computer science/IS

· 2+ years of systems infrastructure administration, troubleshooting & support

· Solid foundation of networking, domain/AD, email and database technologies.

· Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.

· Detail oriented and process driven approach.

· Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

· Team player, “willing to get the job complete and customer satisfaction”.

Responsibilities:

**** · Provide Pre-sales and Network assistance to customers and prospects

· Provide troubleshooting for server/network/security devices

· Provide support both remotely to users and work at client sites

· Work with cloud/hosted solutions
