Demonstrates clinical competence in using correct processes to provide care to patients and their families. Implements established HealthPartners policies and procedures. Provides support to patients and their families. Documents patient information accurately and completely and keeps records regarding clinical practice. Follows the imaging protocols set forth by their respective department. Shares information with other members of the health care team. Uses interdisciplinary resources to enhance own decision-making. Solves problems appropriately seeking assistance from members of the HealthPartners team. Uses appropriate systems, automated or manual, to obtain patient information. Education: Engages in ongoing evaluation of the effectiveness of teaching in terms of understanding and application. Participates in patient care conferences, in-services and educational programs in the HealthPartners system and community. Maintains ARRT registration by completing required continuing education. Leadership: Serves as a role model in the enhancements of practice and professional conduct.
