- 2 facilities: hospital and clinic
Schedule
- Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
- Hospital: Mon - Sun (8a-8a)
- Clinic: Tues & Fri (8a-1p, possibly 5p), Thurs (1p-5p)
- 1 Week of call per month
- 4 Days a week of procedures (dependent on what is available at the hospital so could be 3 days)
- 1 Day a week of clinic
- 1 Week simultaneously on call, doing procedures and in clinic
Clinical Details
- Outpatient and inpatient
- Patients per shift: 12-16 (clinic), 6-9 (hospital)
- Stroke certified facility
- Trauma level 3
- Can either do only procedures or procedures and ER call
- Set amount of time allotted per procedure is around 45 minutes
- Hospital will do their best to always ensure anesthesia is available when needed
- looking at adding another CRNA to the mix to help
- 100% Adult
- 30% Clinic, 70% Hospital
- 2 Physicians in practice
- Required to supervise NP
- 4-5 Exam rooms
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Active CA License
- BLS
- ERCP experience - Highly Preferred
- Active CA Fluoro
Call
- Beeper
- Call response time required: 20 minutes
- Call ratio: 1:4
- Call back: 40%
