• Collaborate with workforce forecasting teams to incorporate productivity targets into the workforce plan.
• Review HR system transactions to identify data integrity issues and propose solutions.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of Analyst or HR experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
