Pallet Repairman

Full job description: Kamps is a full service pallet company meeting the needs of industries coast to coast. We believe the talented individuals that make up the Kamps Pallets team are our biggest asset. Here at Kamps we recognize and reward hard working individuals that consistently exceed expectations. Kamps is looking to hire pallet repairers. These are piece rate positions and those willing and able to work hard can make a good income, After training you will be on a piece rate (per pallet) pay scale. Each repair can gross $.60 to $.75 per pallet. This is fast-paced, physically demanding work. Workers must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively. This position will involve using a nail gun, band saws and other power tools. Applicants must have previous experience working in construction, roofing, or other related experience. Applicants must be available to start working as soon as possible. Every new pallet repairman will be given a 4-to-6-week training period.
