- Develop and Implement personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly to maximize recovery and independence.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and safety protocols for long-term well-being.
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain comprehensive records of therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensure: Valid Physical Therapy license in Oklahoma.
- Experience: Prior experience in an outpatient setting is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, assessment, and interpersonal skills; commitment to a patient-centered approach to care.
