We have an exciting opportunity to join our information technology team as an Identity and Access Management Analyst II, Governance Specialist.

POSITION SUMMARY

The role of an IAM Analyst II, Governance Specialist at Ardent is to work with various departments within our organization to help drive access control initiatives in support of internal policies, regulatory compliance, and industry standards. The IAM Analyst II role provides IAM expertise and guidance to various business units and works closely with IT and cybersecurity groups to gather identity and access management requirements to design and implement access controls across all systems in support of IT and cybersecurity strategies. The IAM Analyst II would be considered an integral member of internal projects, which would be in addition to their daily tasks. The IAM Analyst II is also considered a subject matter expert and will mentor, guide and train other IAM Analysts while also using their expertise to help drive workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to close minimum incident metrics a week
  • Ability to resolve minimum task metrics a week
  • Account provisioning and deprovisioning across multiple hospital systems
  • Responsible for the user identity administration as well as maintenance of user access roles
  • Work password resets and lockouts in Active Directory
  • May handle Information Management analysis for applications and may conduct user entitlement reviews to ensure compliance
  • Responsible for the user identity administration
  • Serve as an IAM representative for application and infrastructure projects
  • IAM area SME
  • Drive workflow improvements
Qualifications

Education and Experience:
  • 4 years security provisioning experience
  • Technical degree or related experience
  • 1 Security certification (Ex. Security+, CISSP)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to work independently on daily work
  • Attention to detail
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications ie Active Directory and O365
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently on daily work
  • Working knowledge of typical application life cycle development processes
  • Advanced Excel skills for documentation
  • Must be detail oriented with excellent documentation skills
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues
  • Able to think logically and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Provisioning experience within an EMR system
  • Experience in performing Privileged Access Reviews, Compliance Reporting, Access Control Processes, and other associated tasks with Privileged User Management
