Applied Innovation is seeking a Preflight Analyst to expedite the preflight info gathering for deployment of printers and multi-functional devices. This position supports our customers by gathering information by contacting our customers before install and reports to the Network Connectivity Manager at the Grand Rapids, Michigan Distribution Center. This position is located at 3223 Kraft Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512. The hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday. 

Responsibilities/Objectives:
  • Contact customers via email or by phone with the intent to gather preflight data before delivery deadlines.
  • Work internally with our sales team to ensure install info accuracy.
  • Daily maintenance of pre-flight process workflows with OnBase dashboard for data to cross-reference.
  • Provide our customers with Fast, Friendly, and Amazing service
Requirements:
  • Associate degree, preferred 
  • Interest in technology
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum of 18 years old
Experience working with the following:
  • Windows OS Desktop
  • Office 365/ Excel/ Word
