We are searching for a dedicated Staff Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This senior role demands not only a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles but also a passion for hands-on design, prototyping, and testing. As a Staff Mechanical Engineer, you will be entrusted with the conceptualization and realization of intricate mechanical systems, ensuring they meet our standards of innovation, quality, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Lead the design, analysis, and development of complex mechanical systems from conceptual stages to production.
  • Prototyping: Develop and test prototypes, ensuring designs are optimized for both performance and manufacturability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and product managers, to integrate mechanical designs into holistic product solutions.
  • Documentation: Produce comprehensive documentation, including design drawings, design specifications, analysis results, and assembly instructions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest mechanical engineering trends and technologies, advocating for their adoption when beneficial.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior mechanical engineers, promoting best practices and fostering professional growth.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equal industry experience.
  • 5 years of relevant industry experience in mechanical design and product development
  • Proficient in CAD tools such as SolidWorks
  • Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical design principles
  • Proven track record of bringing products from concept to production.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
