[Job Duties: ]{arial",sans-serif"=""} ]{arial",sans-serif"=""}]{arial",sans-serif"=""}]{arial",sans-serif"=""}]{arial",sans-serif"=""}]{arial",sans-serif"=""}* Serve as an Airworthiness Analyst/Data Manager for the Project Office with primary responsibilities to ensure commonality between product interfaces Manage programmatic aspects of various projects within the Product Office to ensure commonality in TopVue, Windchill, and SharePoint Develop workflows and requirements that create uniformity across contract documents Input data as required to ensure completion of business and technical application modules Participate in Statement of Work (SOW) development efforts to provide input into requirements to vendors that ensure modification efforts meet deadline goals Provide input into development and documentation of technical and contract requirements Support assessment of program/project technical risks related to commonality and develop risk mitigation strategies Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy, timeliness, and work flow completion Create response letters and memos in accordance with contract compliance Assist with data management application administrative duties in relation to user accounts and review workflows Provide delinquency and milestone reports to project leads Review data deliverables upon submission for data distribution and intellectual property legends in accordance with contract documentation While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.
