The Opportunity The Fraud Support Analyst position handles incoming calls to assess various situations and identify risks. You will work closely with the Fraud Leadership and Operations to assist with the deterrence of fraud against Ally Bank. This requires the ability to conduct research, execute various methods and provide clear documentation of all findings. This role is in a call center environment with a minimum of 25 inbound and/or outbound calls per day. A successful candidate in this role is able to manage the large call volume while providing meticulously detailed fraud reviews of each findings. Ally work locations are Lewisville, TX, Fort Washington, PA, and Jacksonville, FL. We offer a weekly hybrid work schedule with 3 days in office and 2 from home. We are seeking candidates who can work the following hybrid shifts: Sunday through Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Sunday; Monday - Thursday. 11:00am- 8:00pm Local Time Tuesday through Saturday: 9:30am - 6:30pm (Tu-Fri); 8:00am - 5:00pm Saturday Local Time Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00am - 8:00pm (10 hours - 4 days a week) Local Time The Work Itself Handle incoming calls from internal Ally associates and external customers calling into Ally. Perform a series of reviews utilizing various tools and reports to identify potential fraudulent activities on new/existing Ally Bank Deposit accounts Utilize core systems to compare customer information in order to identify fraud activity (FRA) Thoroughly research incidents and/or allegations and interact with other departments of Ally Bank, Risk, Compliance, ECR, and Legal. Effectively execute countermeasures and various mitigation strategies to avoid losses to the bank and to our customers. Ensures enterprise-wide compliance with established standards, policies and procedures for the bank set by Corporate Security or other Ally Bank departments.
