Our client is an established and growing leader in the Medical Device industry, seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Commercial Manager to spearhead ambitious growth plans within the UK market. This is a business-critical role, and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with key suppliers and shaping a robust supply chain strategy. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious growth targets within the UK market. Foster strong relationships with key suppliers and distributors, negotiating and securing favourable contracts. Lead a team of Key Account Manager’s providing coaching and mentoring to ensure peak performance. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract finalisation. Identify and analyse market trends and competitor activity to develop actionable insights. Develop and implement effective cost-saving initiatives to optimise the supply chain. Manage and track KPIs and report on sales activities. About You: A seasoned sales professional with a successful experience within the medical device industry. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving exceptional results. Experience in leading and motivating a high-performing sales team. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A strong understanding of commercial operations, including contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and cost control. A data-driven approach with the ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity. A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
