Verovian Nursing Agency is seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Manager Registered Nurse (RN) to lead the Medical Oncology Center and drive exceptional patient outcomes.

As the Nursing Manager for the Medical Oncology Center, you will lead and oversee the nursing team in providing high-quality care for patients undergoing cancer treatments.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Medical Oncology Center, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of registered nurses, ensuring adherence to best practices and high standards of patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and hospital regulations and standards.
  • Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare professionals to address concerns and optimize care plans.
  • Monitor the budget and financial performance of the oncology unit.
Candidate requirements A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required, and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is preferred. 3-5 years of experience in oncology nursing, with at least two years in a management or supervisory role. Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or equivalent certification preferred. Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
