Looking for a candidate that meets the following criteria: • Exceptional written and oral communication skills. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills. • Strong documentation skills. • Fierce attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills • Ability to mentor and be mentored • Strong technical background and interest • Desire to solve complex problems and learn from them

Skills: • Windows 10 • Network Printers and Deployment • LAN and WAN Networking • General Hardware and Software Troubleshooting

Some knowledge: • Windows Server 2019 • Office 365 and Exchange Administration • Active Directory • Group Policy • Hyper-V and/or VSphere/ESXi
