Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care and provide guidance as necessary for quality services and patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and implement clinical protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  • Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including HIPAA.
  • Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment and care.
  • Perform therapeutic procedures, analyze patient histories, symptoms, and physical findings to develop appropriate diagnoses.
  • Consult with patients through virtual communication channels and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Experience Requirements and Preferences:

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant practice experience, such as Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, or Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred.

Education Requirements: Masters Degree in Nursing
