SUMMARY:
- In the position of Business Development Analyst, individuals will demonstrate their leadership skills and quantitative mindset to support various business units/functions on both the day-to-day operations as well as longer-term strategic and cross-functional projects.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance and teams to develop and maintain an accurate demand forecast and production plan.
- Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and production capacity to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement S&OP metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to review and adjust the S&OP plan as needed to meet changing business requirements.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure raw materials, finished goods, and transportation align with the S&OP plan.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the S&OP process and overall supply chain efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong organizational traits.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail, specifically in corrugated production processes.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing demands.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Possess good communication skills, positive attitude, and demonstrates the ability to follow up when necessary.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, supply chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales and Operations Planning or related field.
- Experience in the corrugated industry ideal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required, to sit and use hands.
- The employee is required to talk or hear, frequently.
- The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, bend at the knees.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
