Evaluate new and existing parts and processes for manufacturing and assembly using industry guidelines. Develop and maintainaccurate, safe, and cost-effective manufacturing processes. Specify and justify the necessary equipment and tools to meet manufacturing needs. Solve daily manufacturing problems to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and environmental standards. Lead teams using improvement tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, GPS, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. Provide support across different processes and manufacturing areas. Assist in innovation and automation strategy initiatives. Work with the New Product Introduction (NPI) Team to ensure new products are integrated smoothly.
