Description:

To assist the Vendor Support Team with the certification testing process for software vendors' paper and electronic submissions.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:
  • Test software vendors' paper tax documents and payment vouchers for barcodes, content, placement, and scanlines.
  • Test software vendors' electronic file submissions for standards, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Provide software vendors with feedback by documenting errors discovered during testing.
  • Review electronic formatted files to ensure data elements are present.
  • Test and review web forms for posting to the website.

Skills Required / Desired Experience Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Management, Mathematics, Computer Science or Graphic Design Required Experience in the testing process to verify information meets the defined standards Required 1 Year Experience documenting and tracking errors Required 1 Year Advance Level MS Office (Word, Excel, and Notepad) and basic computer skills Required 3 Years Experience with reviewing and testing electronic file formats and dat Desired 2 Years Experience with software design applications for web and printed forms such as Adobe Professional, Illustrator, InDesign, and JavaScript Desired 2 Years Experience using repositories to store information Desired 1 Year
