PT- outpatient needed asap for 13 weeksShift: Day - 5x8 or 4x10, days, rotating weekends, some holidays&bull

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36&bull

Required Certifications: Must hold current licensure in the State of Missouri, BCPR as a PT&bull

Years of Experience: 1+ years Must Have Skills/Experience: Outpatient PTCertifications: Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Card or complete a course within their Probation Period. Other: Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Must have general knowledge of evaluation and treatment principles for a diverse number and types of diagnoses. Type of Patients on Unit: All types, including neuro/ortho/developmental&bull

Personality Fit: Well roundedPatient Ratios: Up to 10/day EMR: EPIC&bull

Scrub Color: Black&bull

Any unacceptable attire: unapproved t-shirts, yoga pantsWorking Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: Patient care may include heavy lifting and extensive bending and standing. Physical demands are attached plus push at 40 lbs., pull 60 lbs., and grip up to 50 lbs., pinch up to 15 lbs., kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally. Equipment Used: May occasionally work with office equipment, i.e. copy machines, telephones, computer. Must demonstrate competency in equipment used for the delivery of modalities.

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Acute Experience: 1 year AND Physical Therapist, Outpatient Experience: 1 year Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required &bull

Required Certifications: Must hold current licensure in the State of Missouri, BCPR as a PT &bull
