At KVC, we're committed to providing high-quality therapy and crisis intervention services to our clients. As a Residential Mental Health Therapist, you'll have the chance to provide therapy to clients – whether individual, group, or family sessions – while also completing assessments, documentation, and case management duties as needed.
Here's what you'll enjoy in this role:
- Crafting a personalized schedule that aligns with your preferences – because we believe in work-life balance
- Participating in internal clinical training sessions that count as Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to keep your license up-to-date.
- Receiving company-covered clinical supervision, guidance, and mentorship to support your professional growth and development.
- A master’s degree in social work or counseling.
- Licensure/Certification: LMSW, LCSW, PLPC, or LPC.
- Knowledge of clinical theory, therapy, and systems.
- Analytical ability necessary to handle moderately complex administrative details.
- Independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Word and email applications.
- Ability to work productively and respectfully with individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
In this position, you'll conduct select in-person therapy sessions at our residential treatment facility, providing crucial support to our clients in a safe and nurturing environment.
