Company Overview: We are a dynamic tech enablement company with a specialized focus on developing proprietary workflow systems for the Real Estate Appraisal Market. Our team is dedicated to solving complex challenges, driving innovation, and executing critical projects that support our revenue streams. Position Summary: We are evolving our team and adding 3-4 early to mid-career software developers to take on a full slate of development tasks. The selected candidates will bring passion, energy, natural curiosity and a self-inspired motivation to learn, expand their capabilities and impact our production. With our projects growing in scope, we need fresh talent to help maintain and build upon our proprietary systems. You’ll work closely with a team that values collaboration and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve proprietary workflow systems using our current tech stack.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated QA team to ensure project quality and adherence to deadlines.
  • Develop and implement responsive and interactive front-end applications using React, Angular, and HTML.
  • Participate in regular deployments (weekly or biweekly) using AWS CodeBuild and Jenkins.
  • Work with Jira for issue tracking, sprint planning, and project management to ensure timely delivery of features and bug fixes.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, bringing new energy and ideas to the team.
  • Contribute to an environment that promotes high work ethic, collaboration, and respect for work-life balance.

Qualifications:

  • 1-5+ years of experience in software development, ideally with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with front-end technologies like React, Angular, and HTML.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a hunger to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Jira for project and change management.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API development.
  • Self-driven, with a passion for delivering results and adding value.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
