Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination
- Certification: Hold a coveted Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, showcasing your commitment to excellence in the field.
- Experience: Bring prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities, adding depth to your skill set.
- Availability: Monday through Friday, 32 hours a week. Ability to work flexible hours and on occasion and be willing to travel to other sites.
- Communication Mastery: Excel in communication and interpersonal skills, building bridges of understanding and trust with clients and colleagues alike.
- Team Player: Seamlessly transition between working independently and collaborating within a team, ensuring collective success.
