Commonwealth Dentistry is excited to welcome a dedicated and enthusiastic Pediatric Dentist to our growing practice As a Pediatric Dentist, you will play a vital role in providing specialized dental care to children in a friendly and engaging environment.
Your main responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating dental issues specific to pediatric patients, educating parents and children on proper oral hygiene, and creating a positive dental experience that fosters a lifetime of good dental habits. Our practice is committed to delivering the highest quality of care in a compassionate and supportive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses for children.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address the unique dental needs of pediatric patients.
- Administer preventive care and treatments such as cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
- Treat dental conditions such as cavities, misaligned teeth, and gum diseases.
- Educate parents and children on effective oral hygiene practices.
- Manage the emotional and behavioral challenges often associated with pediatric dental visits.
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
- Completion of a residency program in Pediatric Dentistry.
- Current dental license in the state of practice.
- Experience working with children in a dental setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate approach with a focus on patient comfort.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency
- Current dental license in the state
- Experience with pediatric patients
- Strong communication skills
