Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Transactional Paralegal to support our attorneys in a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and contract negotiations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our transactions run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and closing documents.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support transactional activities.
  • Organize and maintain transaction files and documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and third parties to facilitate transactions.
  • Prepare and track due diligence materials and closing checklists.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with experience in M&A and Real Estate
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and principles related to transactions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
