Our client is a rapidly growing boutique wealth management firm focusing on retirement services. They are seeking a Paraplanner to join their team. If you are looking for a role with a clear growth path to becoming a lead advisor, this is a great opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create financial plans.
  • Perform tasks such as preparing financial documents, entering client data into CRM, and completing meeting preparation and follow-up.
  • Attend client meetings and take notes.
  • Communicate with clients as needed and respond to client questions or concerns.
  • Become proficient with financial planning software and CRM.
  • Work closely with the lead advisor to create consistent processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • CFP Candidate or CFP preferred.
  • Experience using eMoney is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of financial planning experience.
  • Growth and team-oriented.
  • Desire to come into the office.

Base salary plus bonus position. Base salary range $65k-$80k+, commensurate with experience and Full benefits package.
