Our client in the technology industry is seeking a L2 Production Support w/ Splunk to join their team. As a L2 Production Support w/ Splunk, you will be part of the Production Services and Infrastructure Delivery team supporting CSW CTO Production Services. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, strong documentation skills, and a broad understanding of Linux/Unix, among other technical skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: L2 Production Support w/ Splunk
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Range: $39 - $44 per hour (All Inclusive)
What's the Job?

Identify possible production failure scenarios and create incident tickets, enhancements, and/or problem tickets in ticket tracking system

Communicate effectively with development and internal business operations teams
-
Identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement, as well as maintain metrics to help develop analysis that will drive improvement in all areas of Production Services

Create and enhance administrative, operational, and technical policies and procedures, adopting best practice guidelines, standards, and procedures

Perform trouble shooting, analysis, research, and resolution using advanced query and programming skills
What's Needed?

Strong knowledge of Oracle DB and Cloud technology
-
Experience in Splunk, Interscope, and AppDynamics application Programming Interface (API) integration
-
Experience in Incident Management and Problem Management Triage management

Expert knowledge in Payment and Merchant Technology Certification and production migration expert
-
Strong technical certification knowledge of Visas Base 1, Mastercards BankNet, BaseII systems, and IPM Clearing formats
