NP (Nurse Practitioner) in Boston, MA

This role is located just outside of Boston in Dedham, MA at a well established Senior Community affiliated with the Harvard Medical School. The location has free & easy parking on their beautiful campus in Dedham.

Pay range for this opening is $130,000 to $160,000 annual salary

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cognitive assessments and coordinate patient care.
  • Provide dementia care management and develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Monitor disease progression and document patient visits.
  • Participate in quality assessment and provide education and training.
Qualifications:
  • AANP Certification required
  • Must have experience in a Hospice Setting
  • Newly certified NP with prior Palliative or Hospice care experience will be considered
