Helpdesk/Desktop Administrator - TS Xcelerate Solutions is seeking acleared Top-Secret Helpdesk/Desktop Administrator. Locations: Fairfax, VA and McLean, VA Clearance: Top Secret Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the administration and maintenance of a multi-site environment that includes Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals, cloud and network-based services, telecommunications, etc.
  • Ensure all work is done in compliance with the ISO 20000 and 27000 management systems.
  • Create and maintain IT procedural and system documentation.
  • Assist with the planning, migration and integration of critical business systems and applications.
  • Support and assist in all areas of laptop and mobile device support; Microsoft O365 account maintenance; build and load Windows operating systems, removes or updates user account information, resets passwords, etc.
  • Responding to user requests, problems and concerns. Implement effective solutions and provide regular updates and feedback to users and managers regarding the status of efforts to resolve more complex problems.
  • Creation, updating and closure of IT related helpdesk tickets.
  • Create system documentation and assist in documenting changes to new and existing system processes and procedures.
  • Provide support with the creation and maintenance of Azure AD groups, Shared Mailboxes.
  • Respond to after-hours network and system outages and other emergencies.
  • Assist with hardware/software upgrades, releases and inventory management.
  • Perform special projects as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 4 years supporting corporate IT environments, in a structured environment that has processes, change management, and a ticketing system.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure GCC High and Office365 is required.
  • 4+ years' experience as a system administrator. Systems administration experience must demonstrate responsibility for the operation of User account creation in Azure, installation of workstation operating system and application software, Active Directory, Dynamic Groups, utilities. SharePoint experience is a plus.
  • Documenting processes and creating and maintaining operating procedures experience.
  • Hands on experience with Dell laptops, Dell maintenance and support tickets.
  • Ability and willingness to obtain a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Dell laptop hardware experience, imaging, staging and deployment
  • Microsoft Azure GCC High and M365 Administration
  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Formerly Intune) Experience
  • Technical certifications Microsoft 365 Certified Endpoint Administrator
  • Knowledge of ISO 20000 or ISO 27000 standards
