The Faculty Group Practice at the NYU Langone Health is seeking a Gynecologic Oncologistto join our growing practice. The position will be for an Associate Professor to Professor level candidate with experience in all types of complex cancer surgery including minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery. We are ahigh-volumeacademic service in a tertiary care referral network with a diverse patient population. The faculty member would spend time at both NYU Perlmutter Comprehensive Cancer Center and NYU Brooklyn Hospital. The faculty member would additionally see patients and offer infusion therapy at the new, state of the art Joseph S. & Diane H. Steinberg Ambulatory Care Center in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. Enthusiastic physicians who wish to participate in very active clinical and translational research programs are encouraged to apply. If interested, the applicant will have the infrastructure necessary to run their own investigator-initiated trials. The division seeks to find the most effective ways to prevent, detect and treat gynecologic malignancies and has tremendous opportunities for growth in research, patient care and education. Salary: $450,000+. The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may not fall within the listed salary range; consideration will be made for experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors. Candidatesmust be Board certified in OB/GYN and GYN Oncology and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care as well asresident and medical student education. Requirements for physicians include successful completion of a U.S. Accredited Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship training program and aNew YorkState Medical license. Rank will be commensurate with experience and level of training. We require applications to be completed online.
