Essential Functions

This role would be assisting the Presidents Council team with the following responsibilities:
  • Mailing new Presidents Council Member letters to those without active email addresses in CRM
  • Upload weekly signed acknowledgements to CRM
  • Take photos at tailgates and assist with editing and posting
  • Social Media posts and analytics review
  • Data analytics - review and compile monthly stats around email opens/unsubscribes/unique clicks
  • Coordinate and assemble travel packages for shipping
  • Thank you calls to unmanaged new PC members without active emails in the system
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
  • Good organizational skills, communication skills and ability to follow directions.
  • Able to work independently in completing tasks.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Dependable, detailed oriented, deadline-driven.
Required Education/Experience
  • Ability to work 8-10 hours per week
  • HS Diploma/GED required
