Summary:

Facilitate the effective operations of the Curriculum and Technology Offices by greeting and assisting the public, answering telephone calls, and providing clerical service to the administrative staff. Additional duties may include, event planning support, content creation and proofing for the district's websites, and sorting and prioritizing Technology Helpdesk requests.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

High school diploma or GED

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Proficient keyboarding, word processing, and digital file management skills

Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to understand and follow detailed written and verbal instructions

Ability to operate multi-line phone system, personal computer, printer, copier, and calculator. Training may also be provided to operate a digital camera, including editing software.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Receive and direct incoming calls, take reliable messages, and route to appropriate staff.

Greet and direct office visitors.

Receive, sort, and distribute mail, messages, documents, and other deliveries.

Assist Curriculum and Instructional Technology staff.

Event planning support.

Use of technology tools such as Eduphoria Helpdesk, Canva, and other tools.

Other duties as assigned.
