This facility is seeking twoOtolaryngology Physicianfor locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
- Setting: Clinic.
- Types of cases:The provider will be seeing patients, conducting new consults and follow ups. The provider will also be doingminor procedures in the clinic.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days.
- Certifications: The provider must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible.
- Licensure: Must have active Oregon and Washington licenses as the provider will be seeing patients in both states.
