Key Details:

  • No dialysis experience is necessary. We provide exceptional paid training

  • You must have a flexible schedule and be available for morning and evening shifts, including rotating Saturdays and holiday shifts - No Sundays

Your Role:

  • Establish meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.

  • Collaborate with a supportive team in a positive environment.

  • Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, crafting unique treatment plans and utilizing a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.

  • Supervise a group of patients with the assistance of PCTs to conduct patient observations, manage stats, and set up machines.

  • Engage your mind, heart, and hands daily in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) is preferred, or a three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may substitute.

  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.

  • 1 Year of RN experience is needed.
