Create clear and concise documentation utilizing the knowledgebase module within ServiceNow around known issues or workarounds for Omada. Monitor work queue and work with teams to resolve support issues in the Omada platform. Own and lead troubleshooting issues identifying the root cause and working with developers / engineers to address issues in a timely manner as required. Participating proactively in standup meetings, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives. Support the Omada solution, reviewing ticket backlog, prioritizing issues and working them to resolution. Contribute to IAM Roadmap collaborating with process owners and participating in scrum ceremonies. Work with development, engineering, support and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification. Drive Continuous Improvement / LEAN capabilities across IAM technologies and processes.
